SMALLER BULLSEYES. ADOPTED AT HOME. LONDON, Wednesday. As a result of phenomenal scoring at Bislev, the National Rifle Association lias resolved to reduce the bullseye. The change will affect targets throughout the Empire in the New Year. The alterations arc as follows: Bullseve, five inches in diameter, at 200 yards; nine inches at 300 yards; eighteen inches at 500 and 600 yards, representing a reduction ot one inch, which is added to the “inner” measurement. The “magpie” and “outer ” dimensions are not interfered with.
