OTAIHAPE FREEZING CO.

TO GO INTO LIQUIDATION. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) TAI IT A PE, Wednesday; At a meeting to-day of shareholders of the Otaihape Freezing Company, a resolution was carried that the company go into liquidation, and Mr J. D. Price was appointed liquidator, with two directors, who are also guarantors, as an advisory committee. The freezing works have ceased operations for some time, and stock- has been consigned to Feilding under an agreement which expired last July. The company has been losing money for some time. Last year’s losses amounted to £2OOO. Tho decision arrived at by the meeting means the- passing of another farmers’ co-operative concern.
