FIRE ON RENOWN.

OUTBREAK AMONG OIL. LONDON, Saturday. The Admiralty has announced that an oil fuel lire occurred in one of the Renown’s boiler rooms on May 26th, between Fremantle and Mauritius. The ship was stopped while the fire was extinguished. There were four slight casualties .among the engine-room ratings. The programme will not be affected by the fire.—A.P.A. and “Sun.” CAUSE OF FIRE UNKNOWN. LONDON, Sunday. The Admiralty states that the cause of the fire on the Renown is at present unknown. —A.P.A. and ‘ ‘ Sun. ’ ’
