MASTERTCN CLUB. A medal round in connection with the president’s challenge trophy was played on the Lansdownc links on Saturday by members of the Masterton Golf Club. HOYLAKE FINAL. LONDON, Saturday. The final of the golf at Hovlake resulted:—Tweddell beat Landale, 7 up and 6 to play. ANGLO-AUSTRALIAN MATCH. SYDNEY, Saturday. In the annual Anglo-Australian, match for the Australian and New Zealand Cup, at the Bramshot Club, in the bogey competition, Hales (Bramshot) with a handicap of two, won with 73, equalling the course record. G. B. Brown (Sydney), with a handicap of seven, tied with Brown for second place. Both received a replica of the cup.
