ICE BOUND VESSELS.
ABLE TO CLEAR. (Received Wednesday, 10.5 a.in.) NEW YORK, Tuesday. A fleet of fifty-seven npbound freighters cleared the ice at Salat St. Alarie on Tuesday morning, and sixty-five down-bound grain-laden vessels commenced to move. It is expected that all will be clear by the evening.
