Council, the Awatea Bridge, on the Carswells to Tinui .section of Highway Road, is CLOSED TO ALL TRAFFIC which by itself, or together with any thing or things being transported thereon weighs more than three tons, and traffic in crossing the Bridge is not to exceed a speed of Five Miles per hour.
