; _.. OHURAKURA ESTATE. , (By Telegraph—Press Association.) NAPIER, Sunday. The Oliurakura Estate, 30 miles from Napier, on the Tauro road, the property of Mrs Perry (daughter of the late G. P. Donnelly) was sold by auction yesterday. ‘The total area is 13,320 acres, of wliicli 12,250 acres was sold for £102,932 10s. The smallest section, subject to timber restrictions, was passed in. No. 1 Block (3550 acres) was bought by C. J. Parker, of Hastings, at £lO 10s, total £37,275; No. 2 Block (3530 acres) by the same buyer, at £7 10s, acres) was taken by Puttnllo, of Napier, at £7 10s, total £23,700; No. 4 Block (2000 acres), by M. F. Bourke, Napier, at £7 ss, total £14,500. •> s. .*«; ■
