(Received Tuesday, 10.20 a.m.)
PARIS, Monday
The '' Echo do Paris'' states that difficulties have arisen at Spa,in connection with the restitution of property stolen from the invaded territories.
The Germans, under the armistice, promised full information. Thus far they have given none, so an inter-Allied Commission has decided to send, a deputation to Germany to make enquiries.
Herr Eantzau, the Foreign Minister, however, has replied that lie will refuse to countersign the passports of the deputation -while the French sequestrated the property of Germans domiciled in Alsace and Lorraine.
