M. Piehon, in an interview, said that replies received from various Governments iv Russia regarding the meeting at Princes Island included only one affirmative, viz., from the head of the Crimean Government, who was formerly a, member of the Duma.

Representatives of various Russian groups now in Paris declined, but no answer lias been received from their Government.

Admiral Kolchau is undecided.

M. Pichon, replying to the rumour of the likelihood of the withdrawal of Allied troops from Russia, said that the matter had not been considered.
