STRIKE IN THE NAVY.

LONDON, Thursday
The Daily Chronicle states that eigM seamen on a British destroyer were charged with mutiny at Devonporr. The prosecution states that the mem refused duty because a commander refused to create three watches insieatf of two. The commander went ashore, and tic* men hoisted the red flag, though they hauled it down at the commander's o*der. One of the accused declared thut haia? the British Navy was on strike, avicf the remainder would soon be. They refused to work in two watches on tho existing pay.
