THE MUNITION STRIKE.

WORK RESUMED. (A. and N.Z.C.A. and Reuters.) LONDON, Monday. Tho Press Bureau states: The Minister of Munitions announces that work generally has been resumed at Birmingham and Coventry. He intends immediately appointing a commission of enqury. Ten thousand munition workers attended a mass meeting at Coventry, and decided on resumption provided the " call-up" notices are withdrawn. They .insisted that there should be no victimisation, and that the committee of enquiry should sit forthwith. The Lincoln munition workers ,by a large majority, decided against a strike. After an interview with Mr Seeley, the Woolwich arsenal shop stewards resolved to remain at work.
