Rumours that Earl Fitzwilliam is to bo co-respondent in a divorce case found confirmation in his counsel 'a protest against journalistic statements. He requested that the case should be expedited, but the Judge refused. T. Cornyn-Platt, of Bristol, is another co-respondent. The plaintiff ia Alexander Brodrick Leslie Melville, director of the Union of London and! Smith's Bank.
