"JASMINE. , : , The new programme to be presented j at the To.wn Hall to-night is an excep- « tionally good one. Rich in dramatic studies, the bill includes no less than \ five of more than ordinary interest, all varying in vein. "The Castaway ,, tells of a bad man who tries to secure a child's lortune by shipwrecking the infant, and "When Gold is Dross" features the trials of a family harassed by a grasping money-lender. "Jasmine" is a love tale without a villain, the noble forfeiture of- a good, man's love for another. "Jo," a homely theme showing that blood is thicker than water. The "Gaumont Graphic" and the "Warwick Chronicle" teem with stirring incidents of 'European and American happenings, and the comic element j is ably represented by a iine series, j Music by the Lyric Orchestra, handled in their usual efficient manner, will complete an exceedingly bright entertainment. The children's matinee will j take place on Saturday afternoon.
