TORCH INQUIRY.
(Received Wednesday, at 10.20 a.m.) LONDON, Tuesday. Mr Winston Churchill, First Lord of tho Admiralty, replying to Major Archer-Shee, said the places in which prisoners were confined aboard the Torch were well ventilated, but were used contrary to regulations.
