LONDON'S AGITATION,

The large provincial centres are actively joining in London's agitation against the proposed disfranchisement of all city voters not possessing residential qualifications. Almost all the members of the City Corporation will be ineligible for office if the amendment is adopted, as under the 1849 Act, common Council candidates are bound to appear on the Parliamentary Eegister.
