A SMALL INSTALMENT.
A tramcar was tearing along Osborueroad, when the conductor stooped and picked something from the floor. "Hes onybody lost a sovereign?" he inquired. " hey !" "Aa liev !" came form all parts of the car. Oondcutor: "Aa'll reet," he replied, holding up a coin, "here's a ha'penny out!"
