Reuters Lahore correspondent reports that the chief feature of the ludiau National Cougross was the declaration of Sureudrauath Bauurejee, one of the ludiau representatives at the late Imperial Press Cougress, that the regulations had wrecked reforms, aud that tho preference giveu to Mohammedans, ou the grouud of religiou, was entirely opposed to Quoeu Victoria's proclamation.
