COOPER'S OPERASCOPE CO.
TO-NIGHT
We give our readers a final reminder of the appearauoo of the above Company at the Town Hall to-night. Our contemporaries allude iv tho most eulogistic terms regarding tho comic opera "Mikado" series. Eight scones from this favourite opera will be shown to-uight, aud undoubtedly the management is showing enterprise in producing a comic opera by cinematograph, and at the same time producing the siugiug aud orchestral records. Theatre-goers to-night will have an opportunity of witnessing and hearing the most popular of Gilbert aud Sullivau's comic operas, as produced by DOyly Carte's Savoy Company in London. Amoug other scenes to bo shown to-night are "Tho Lord High Executiouer," "Tit Willow," "Three Little Maids," etc. Another fine subject is "Alice iv Wouderlaud," giving the whole story from start to finish. This film is over oue thousand feet long. There will be comedy subjects galore, all new to Mastertou audiences. The pictures will be shown by electricity, generated by tho Company's own 110-volt dynamo. The mauagemeut has specially engaged the well-kuown musical comedy sketch artists, Fisner aud Wilson, who will appear to-night iv au original musical comedy entitled "Two of a Kind." "The "Mikado" will not be played to-morrow night. A matinee will be held to-morrow afternoon. Tickets to all parts of the house may be procured at Miss A. E. Rive's, and admit to early door without extra charge.
