The Berlin correspondent of the Daily Krprex* said that the Kais-er's visits indicated a counter stroke to British naval organisation in the North Sen, taking the form of the exclusion of warships except Russian, German, Danish, and Swedish from the Baltic. Berlin, Saturday. German newspapers publish apparently inspired articles protesting against foreign intrusion in the Baltic Sea, and suggesting that the Sound and Great Belts are two northern Dardenelles.
