POULTRY AND DOG ASSOCIATION.
The meeting held in the Club Hotel, i last evening, of the Wairarapa Poultry, Pigeon and Dog Association was well attended, Mr A. Henderson occupying the chair. The appointment of officials in connection with the forthcoming Show was dealt with, and resulted as follows:—• Poultry Stewards—Messrs A. Taplin, T. Barnes, C. Carr, G. Hyde, W. Platt %tii. A. Elkins. Receiving .gtewa'rds—-ifeisrj A. and E. Taplin. Bog Stewards—Jfeesrg fi. A., and J, Welch, H. Madeley,' A. I], Barnes, A. Henderson and A. Snodgrass, Door Stewards—Messrs F. Hill, M. C. O'Connell, A. Henderson and G. Hyde, Judges' Steward—Mr M. C. O'Connell. The matter of meeting exhibits at the railway station was left in the hands of the Secretary to arrange for. It was reported that matters in con. nection with the Show, to be held on July 220 d and 23rd, were progressing ravouraoiy, ntiu tu«t entries proofed t« bo a record. ■ • ■ • * r ■■ " * ■
