Another Line of Biff Steamers

The Daily Mail states that Mr B, A. Halley, who is establishing a line of steamers, with headquarters at Tacoma, has chartered four steamers of eight thousand tons, to ply between Seattle, Tacoma, San Francisco and Australasia, at the end of September.
