Loxdon, July 29. Horr Neumayer,of Hamburg, will read a paper at tho Geographical . Congress to-morrow, referring to the nature of the ice cap on tho South Pole. He suggests threo meridian routes as the best adapted for the purposo of enquiry, Eithor tluW ■ meridian of New Zealand, that neaW Cape Horn, or Kerguelen Island.
