• (From the Standard) A moetmg of the Trustees of the Ofcaraia Rabbit District was held at Payne's store, on Tuesday; the 15th day of February,.at lla,m, Present—Messrs C, Phillips (in the chair), W. Smith, auclG. Payne. It was resolved that the minutes of the last'meeting be confirmed. '; -• .. ■•■ The landowner's list'was then (struck, and Mr \V. Smith authorised to. post the same upon Mr Payne's store, The following exemptions from Dog Tax were then granted:—Stephen Smith, 11 dogs; W.'Smith, 14; 0. Phillips, 10,- A'; Cameron, 5-, John Martin, ISO, G. :PajTifl, 5; W. Parker, 18; J, P. Russell,'12; D. Sinclair, 15; E. Dodds, 15.
