All moneys received are to be paid into the Colonial Bank of New Zealand to the Association's account, to be opened in the name of the Trustees, on fixed deposit bearing intermade by cheque against such account without the authority and signatures of the Treasurer, one of the Trustees, and three Directors being first obtained, _ Agents/ or'Acting : Directors, for the Assoeiation, will also bo appointed in all the centres of population throughout the provincial district as; soon as practicable. Terms of proposal and application for shares and'other information connected with the Association may be procured from the provisional Directors, the Secretary, or at the Wellington, Working Men's Club,Lambton Quay.
