Once round tho course, Entrance £l, Post entrance. ■ RULES. The saddling bell will ring at 11,30 each day; first race to start at 12' o'clock sharp. The winner of the Maiden to carry gibs extra in the Produce liace. The District Race is (.pen to all horses owned in the district at least six month previous to this Race M-eting. The Produce Rrico is' for all horses hred and trained in the district and that liavo never started for an advertised race. In case of a protest, the same must be lodged with the Secretary within fifteen minutes after the race is mi), with a deposit of £2; such deposit to be forfeited if the protest be found trivial or vexatious. The winners of first day's hack races will not be allowed to run for those on the second day; nor will the winner of the £lO hack on either day be allowed to run for the smaller catcli weight hack race. No person will be allowed to enter a horse unless he be a subscriber of at least £1 to the Jockey Club fund. No scratching of horses to be done except it be through the Secretary, General entries to be made to the Secretary i the Club Hotel, Masterton, between' the hours of 7 and 9 o'clock on tho evening of Thursday, November 2/th, previous to the race meeting. Entries to be acco .ipanied by the required amounts, also names and ages of horses and colors of riders, and no entries will he received after that night either by letter or telegram. Weights for Opaki Stakes Handicap to be declared at the Club Hotel on the Monday evening previous to the meetiug. Acceptances for Opaki Stakes Handicap close at 15 minntes after the Ladies' Purse run. Weights for the Hurdle Race to be declared same night as the Opaki Stakes Handicap. Acceptances for Hurdles to close on Tuesday evening, not later than 8 o'clock. Acceptances for District Handicap will close 15 minutes after the weights are declared on the second day after the Produce Race is run. Nominations for Consolation Handicap to be made to the Secretary 15 minutes after the District Handicap is run. Handicaps will be declared on the night ol general entry, 6th December, and entrances will close on the same, evening, not latei tha 1 8 p.m., at the Waihenga Hotel. - The Wairarapa Jockey Club Rules will bt strictly adhered to, All horses entered for the above events must be bona fide property at the time oi entry, All persons entering horses must be a subscriber of at least 21s to the race fund.
