The Produce Race is for all horees bred and trained in the district and that have never started for an advertised race. In case of a protest, the Bame must be lodged with the Secretary within fifteen minutes after the race is run with a deposit of £2; such deposit to be forfeited if .the. protest be found trivial or vexatious.
