To Ik Editor of the Wiva va Daily. Masterton, Sept. 25. Sir, —I am surprised that with all the improvements, Ac., Masterton can boast of, we have allowed the township of Featherston to eclipse us in the matter of a letter carrier. I notice that that township has been in possession of one for sdme time. I stauld like, through the medium of your columns, to draw the attention of our Borough Council to this matter, as I believe it would be a great boon to the inhabitants of this town to have letters, &c., delivered at their doors.—l am, &c., Post Cm
