A well dressed and respectable looking yonng woman, giving her name as Mary Smith, hired a waterman this afternoon, to take her out in the harbor. Six drawing-room cars, have arrived from America for the railway Department. These cars which are beautifully fitted up, are intended to be used with express trains. Only one of tho cars has yet been put together.
