It is understood that Opposition will not take liostle action on address in reply, hut immediately afterwards will table a direct vote of want of confidence, specially accusing Government of maladministration. Opposition members state the Premier will second Fox's motion to -appoint Seymour Chairman of Committees. The address in reply frill be moved by Shanks on Friday.
Jas, Carroll is appointed Maori Interpreter for the House of Representatives.
