They must be addressed to the Hon, the Minister for Public Works, Wellington, and marked outside " Tender for Sleepers, Waikato-Thames Railway." Notice is hereby given that the Borough Council did, at a Special Meeting held on Tuesday, April Bth, 1879, pass the following resolution, viz, " That the By-laws, as now read, amending the Building Regulations of the Borough of Masterton, be adopted."
