Notice is hereby given that the Borough Council of Masterton did, on Thursday, the the 9th day of April, 1879, make a General Rate of 1/- in the £ on all rateable property within the Borough, and a Library Eate of Id in the £ on all rateable property in the Borough for the year ending 31st March, 1880. The said rates are payable in one sum on or before the Ist day of May, 1879.
