HANGCHOW OCCUPIED BY CANTONESE. (Per Press Association —Copyright) PEKIN, Dec. 16. Hangchow was occupied by fifteen hundred southerners from Kiangsi. They were Cantonese troops operating in plain clothes, who cut the railway. Sun Chu'an Fang has established a main line of defence at Kashing, fifty miles from Shanghai.
