THE FREE STATE-ULSTER BOUNDARY.
I COMMISSION TO BE SET UP. I LONDON. March 23. The Daily Mail says that (he Free State and Northern Ireland conferences witeh the object of defining the Ulster boundary broke down, and the British Government is considering the appointment of a representative Boundary Commission, in accordance with the Free State treaty. It will probably invite the Dominions’ legal authority to act, thereby avoiding the possible suggestion of par.iality. The position is complicated by the fact that Ulster refused to do so. .
