A GRADE COMPETITION. i The local Club journeyed to Oamaru on Saturday and played the Hill Club in the senior competitions, and after a m,ost enjoyable game proved victors by ’l3 sets to 11, although throughout the day the verdict was in doubt, each club forging ahead until the combines were played. How keenly these were contested can best be seen, by referring to the scores below, as no less than five out of the six sets were won or lost by one point.
