Received this day, 8.45 am. BERNE, yesterday. The journalists in the Parliamentary press gaitery protested against overwork; caused by the too lengtny sessions and the Long-winded ora. tory. The President read the protest in the Chamber. The Social Deputies angrily harangued the press men,, who declined io attend the subsequent fcfi tsston. A number of the Deputies sent written reports of their own speeches to the newspapers, which, refused to publish them
