SECOND JURY DISAGREES. [ET TELEGRAPH —PER PRESS ASSOCIATION 1 SYDNEY, June 26. The second jury in the case of F. D. Brown, late general manager of the Singer Sewing Machine Coy, charged with inciting to steal, destroy and falsify tho books and papers of the company, failed to agree. The Judge discharged Brown and lie was bornd over to appear at the nextsessions.
