NATIONAL BANK OF NEW ZEALAND. ' LONDON, June 20—The National Bank of New Zealand shows a profit of £140,764, and pays a dividend of twelve per cent, and a bonus of one per cent. Tho reserve is added to by £20,000; premises account, £15,000; brought forward £26,264. The directors propose to increase the capital to £3,000,000 creating 170,000 shares of £7 10s each, to be issued as deemed desirable. BRITISH BYE-ELECTION.
