Kuropatkin's New Command
Russians Rapidly Making for
Harbin
The Times states that General Kuropatkiuwas in command of the First Rus sian Army on Sunday. Thia army, which now forms the Ruaßian rearguard, was near Kuntuleng ou Saturday. The Times adds that the inference is that the Russians will continue to rapidly relrear northwards.
