The sum of £10,923 was put through the machine, vrh;ch is just about £4000 more than put through the eecod day last year. The total for the meeting was £22,191, which }s a record for the Wellington Club. The following are tho results :— Hutt Handicap — Paladin, 1 ; First Blood, 2 ; Tauhei, 3.
