Wellington, April 7.
At the Supreme Court to-day, William Trlgga was cmvicted of fraudulent bankruptcy, and sentenced to three months' imprisonment without hard labor.
SHOCKING ACCIDENT,
Christchithch, April 7.
A man named Harry Fenrick while driving from Kaiapoi to Maori Bay yester - day night was upset in the ditch. The carfc falling on top of him and breaking his leg, he was unable to extricate himself and lay in the ditch exposed to the heavy rain from 6 last night to 8 tbis morning, when some Mao-s f und him, aid be was removed to the Hospit'l, where he now lies in a dangerous condition.
Lat r. Henry Fenrick has since died f r om his injuries.
