The Ceuncil ot the Borough of Hokitika, in pursuance of Section 323 of " The Municipal Corporations Act, 1876," ordain as follows : — 1. That the sum of £5 5s "shall be paid \ into the hands of the Town Clerk as the fee for all Licenses, which may be issued to the owner or occupier of any public building or . enclosure within the Borough, usett for Public Meetings, Assembly Rooms, Theatre, Music or Dancing Hall, or any public performance or amusement whatever ; such License to expire on the 31¥t December in ' each year.
