SOCIAL AND PERSONAL. The Girl Guide Local Associations conference is to take place in Napier on Saturday, November 25. The delegates from Wanganui will be Mrs C. R. White, president of the Wanganui Association, and Mrs J. Blake, Wanganui East, who will leave on Friday for Napier. Engagements KITNEY—BILTON.—Mr. and Mrs. F. J.
