TOKIO, November (Reed. 6 p.m.).—The South Korean aetingI’linie Minister (Sung Mo Sihn), fresh from conferences with General MacArthur, predicted today that the war in Korea will end in six weeks. He said he felt that the United Nations forces will reach the entire length of the frontier with Manchuria and Siberia
