Borstal Escapee Is Arrested
NEW PLYMOUTH, Last Night (PA). —One escapee from the Waikeria Borstal, Albert Roy Weston, was arrested by the Waitara police at 11.45 a.m. today, five miles from Waitara on the main highway to Urenui. The police this afternoon continued the search for the other escaped prisoner, Tauria Rewi, who is also thought to be in the district. Weston, whose home is at Brixton, offered no opposition. He was arrested on the side of the highway as a result of information received from a person in the locality. The two cars which had been converted have also been recovered.
