Wanganui Women Win B Grade Indoor Basketball Title
CHRISTCHURCH, Last Night (PA) The New Zealand women’s indoor basketball tournament ended thli evening with the annual match between New Zealand and the Rest. New Zealand won 21-18. The final championship games were played during the day but as Otago had a clear lead interest was lacking in some of the games. Otago suffered its first defeat this afternoon, being beaten by Palmerston North 25-14. The B grade competition was won by Wanganui without losing a game.
