Waterfront Leaders Dissatisfied With Order Of Reference

Hill, secretary, stated tonight that they had not yet received the order of reference for the Royal Commission on the waterfront, but that if the terms published in the afternoon papers were correct, then they were definitely unsatisfactory to the union. Messrs. Barnes and Hill said also that the union would not send its representatives back to the Waterfront Industry Authority from which they were recently withdrawn.
