Salaries Of Members Of The Steel Board

LONDON, Sept. 20.—The salaries of members of the Steel Board were repealed for the first time today by Minuter of Supply (Mr. Strauss) in a written reply in the House of Common.';. The chairman will receive £7SOC sterling a year and the whole-time members £5OOO sterling. Part-time-members will receive £5OO sterling. Mr. Strauss also revealed that members of the board would be given contracts of service. There are five fulltime and two part-time members of the board. —(Reuter).
