U.S. Opposed To Chinese Communists At Security Council

NEW YORK, Sept. 9 (Recd. 7pm)— The U.S.A, delegation announced today that it would oppose inviting the Chinese Communist representatives Into the Security Council meeting next week when the questions of Formosa and the alleged American air attacks in Manchuria will be discussed.

Mr Ernest Gross, deputy American delegate, said ‘that although the U.S.A, would not agree to the seating of Chinese Communists in. the Council it would welcome any fact-finding commission appointed by the Council. The Peking Government declared earlier that i't would not allow any investigating commission from the United Nations to enter Manchuria as long as the Chinese Communist representatives were barred from the Security Council.
