LONDON, Sept. 4 (Recd. 9 pm).—ln his presidential address to the 82nd annual Trades Union Congress at Brighton, Mr. H. L. Bullock warned delegates against the “antics of those troglodytes behind the iron curtain and their stooges, catspaws and deluded supporters on this side of the iron curtain” and called for wholehearted support of the United Nations’ actions in Korea. While declaring that the burden On workers must be eased, Mr. Bullock insisted that the easements claim ed “must be based upon an objective and reasoned judgment of the situation in which Britain stands.”
