County Ridings Altered. A special order made by the Taumarunui County Council altering riding boundaries and adjusting representatiion is published in last night's Gazette,. The present division of the Taumarunui County into five ridings is revoked and a special order divides the county into six ridings called Waimiha, Taringamotu. Pungapunga. Otunui, Kirikau, and Tuhua. The special order also provides that the Taumarunui County Council shall now consist of eight members. The .electors of Taringamotu and Otunui ridings are entitled to elect tw’o councillors and the electors of the remaining ridings one councillor each.—O.C.
